Thank you to everyone who has contributed a report of a converted home. If entire apartments or buildings or a home in your neighborhood has been converted to a short-term rental, report it here. We will continue to post on our Google map and send the information to the City for investigation and possible enforcement.

    1) 60 days per year baseline
    2) Additional days carve-out for true hosts demonstrating need
    3) No-excuse, Day One retroactive enforcement against commercial serial violators
    4) Immediate enactment – approve now, amend later

Yes, 120 days is still too much. But Airbnb has lobbied our City so much that they are allwoing this to happen. Let’s get this ordinance in place and changes later.

I would love to send this letter, but the link takes me to Outlook – a program I don’t use. Is there another way to find the CPC email addresses and the letter template? (In other words, I don’t even see an email to edit!)

120 days is still way too many days. 52 weeks of weekend is only 104 days. This really disturb the neighborhood
